Courses and Classes

I offer weekly classes and day courses to show you the Golden Spine 9 Qigong form. Scroll down for more information

You can practise anywhere and anytime you want with the resources I provide after each course.

Some of you may still want to practise in a group after a course. You can choose to repeat a day course for a reduced course fee or join weekly classes (class fee).

You can also choose to have private sessions if you feel you need more guidance.

In case of a lockdown, we continue entirely online.
If we get restricted in our movements (social distancing), we will decide together who stays onsite and who continues online (hybrid).

All in-person courses take place at the Haelan Clinic, Upper Studio, 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London, N8 8DT (Haelan Centre). 

WEEKLY CLASSES

You book a block of 5 (£62.50) or 6 (£75) sessions, and if you want to drop-in, a session fee is £15.

Spaces are limited, so you if you are interested, please contact me for a registration form and payment details to secure a place.

£62.50:

Weekly one-hour classes take place on Wednesday evenings:

• Dates: 5 March to 2 April 2025
  Time: 19:30pm to 20:30pm

Weekly one-hour classes also take place on Friday mornings:

• Dates: 7 March to 4 April 2025
  Time: 10:00 to 11:00am

Classes in April/May 2025
£62.50:

Weekly one-hour classes take place on Wednesday evenings:

• Dates: 23 April to 21 May 2025
  Time: 19:30pm to 20:30pm

Weekly one-hour classes also take place on Friday mornings:

• Dates: 25 April to 23 May 2025
  Time: 10:00 to 11:00am

Classes in June/July 2025
£75:

Weekly one-hour classes take place on Wednesday evenings:

• Dates: 4 June to 9 July 2025
  Time: 19:30pm to 20:30pm

Weekly one-hour classes also take place on Friday mornings:

  Time: 10:00 to 11:00am
