I am a qualified educationalist, a holistic life coach, a psychotherapist, and I train others in using communication and counselling skills effectively.
The emphasis in my teaching, coaching, and counselling/therapy is on becoming more aware of yourself, your surroundings, and the relation you have with yourself and others.
This is basically what I also do as a Qigong coach.
